Circle K Play or Park (“The Loyalty Game”) is run in ROI by Circle K Ireland Energy Group Limited (“Circle K”), Circle K House, Beech Hill, Clonskeagh, Dublin 4, and in NI by Circle K Energy Limited, 1 Port Of Larne Business Park, Larne, Antrim, BT40 1AX, Tel: +353 (0)1 202 8888 / Fax: +353 (0)1 2838320 – at participating Circle K locations. Under the Loyalty Game, you may collect points on your Play or Park Game Tag (which term shall include any key fob, mobile app or additional item linked to the Loyalty Game that may be issued to you by Circle K). You can start collecting points immediately upon receiving your Game Tag, by registering your details via www.playorpark.ie or the Circle K mobile app or completing the hard copy application form. Contact the Play or Park customer service centre on 061-517249 if you have any issues or queries. Usage of the Circle K Loyalty Game Tag constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.

 

The Loyalty Game

  1. The Loyalty Game commenced on the 4th February 2013. See www.Circle K.ie for a list of participating sites and for full Terms and Conditions, alternatively send a self-addressed envelope to Circle K Ireland Energy Group Ltd, Circle K House, Beech Hill, Clonskeagh, Dublin 4 or call the customer care line on  061-517249.
  2. In order to participate in the Loyalty Game you must have registered your details and have a mobile phone, email or internet access. It may take up to 25 working days to process a paper registration form. You may still collect points but may not be able to play during that time.
  3. This Loyalty Game is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland who are over the age of eighteen when they register.

Collecting Points

  1. You must present your Loyalty Game Tag when you make an eligible purchase in order to earn points on that purchase at participating sites.

Excluded Products

  1. Points cannot be earned for purchases of fast food franchise products, tobacco products, medicines, phone cards, lottery tickets, infant formula products, bin tags, postal stamps, vending machine purchases, gift vouchers, gift cards or saving cards/stamps. Other products may be excluded at the discretion of Circle K or by operation of the law.
  2. It may take up to 12 hours for your points to accrue to your balance.
  3. If Circle K refunds or adjusts any of your purchases, we will make the corresponding adjustment to the points on your Game Tag.
  4. Accounts that remain dormant for 24 months may be deleted at our discretion.
  5. If you use your Loyalty Game Tag following a change in the Circle K Loyalty Game you will be deemed to have accepted the change. We may also revoke your membership of the Loyalty Game at any time and if so, your points will be forfeit. In each case, Circle K will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage.
  6. No monetary value to the participant attaches to the points earned. Points are non-transferable.
  7. No purchase necessary for Northern Ireland residents who may avail of the no purchase necessary mechanism. A no purchase necessary entry does not entitle the entrant to a treat. See www.playorpark.ie for detailed Terms and Conditions.

Playing the Loyalty Game

  1. You will be notified of your points’ balance and number of entries available to you on the 25th of each month, via SMS, mobile app, email or through your website account.
  2. You are entitled to one entry per batch of 200 points earned. When you have accumulated 200 points you will have the option to “Play” or “Park” those points. This will be communicated to you based on your nominated communication preference. If you choose to “Play” you may enter into a monthly draw or alternatively you may “Park” your points and save them for use in another month’s draw. If you don’t respond, your points will automatically be “Parked”.
  3. The closing date for Experience of a Lifetime draws will be at 5pm on the 28th day of each month. Winners of the Experience of a Lifetime Draws will be announced on the 1st of each month. Winners will be notified according to their chosen communication preference. Winners must be available to collect or redeem their prize, and prizes are non-transferrable.
  4. Circle K accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

 

Holiday Prizes

  1. All hotels will be selected by Circle K. Flights will depart from Dublin Airport unless otherwise specified. Circle K cannot guarantee that specific travel/destination dates will be available. The winner is responsible for ensuring all third party conditions and restrictions are fully observed. Winner must ensure that they and their companion/s have all the appropriate vaccinations, travel visas and appropriate documentation required for the holiday. Circle K will arrange standard travel insurance for the trip, the winner may arrange any additional cover required.

Treat Redemption

  1. If you choose to “Play” your points in a given month, a monthly treat, valid for 30 days, will automatically be loaded onto your Loyalty Game Tag on the 1st of each month. You will be notified of the previous month’s prize-winner and the type of treat that is available for you to redeem based on your chosen communication preference (app notification, email or SMS). Customers are only eligible for 1 treat per month each irrespective of how many times they enter the draw.
  1. The prizes and treats cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. If for any reason a prize or treat is not available, Circle K reserves the right to substitute another prize or treat of equal value.
  2. Employees of Circle K and its affiliates and persons professionally associated with the Loyalty Game are permitted to register for the Loyalty Game, earn points, and receive a monthly treat but cannot win the Experiences of a Lifetime prizes. Third party company fuel card holders may be subject to restrictions imposed by their employer.

Rewards

  1. Scan your Play or Park game tag to collect virtual stamps when you purchase a Circle K Coffee / Hot Drink, a Circle K car wash, or a Circle K Hot Dog at participating Circle K outlets.
  2. When you have collected 6 coffee stamps your next coffee is free, when you have collected 4 car wash stamps your next car wash is free, and when you have collected 4 hot dog stamps your next hot dog is free.
  3. Your free item will be loaded onto the Circle K app - to redeem it simply select the redeem button and scan your Game Tag at the till to receive your free hot drink, car wash, or hot dog.
  4. Free items must be redeemed before the end of the month following the date it is loaded to your app, the upcoming expiry date of your next expiring free item will be visible in your Circle K app.
  5. You must be a member of Play or Park and have downloaded the Circle K App to avail of this offer.

General

  1. Circle K will not be liable for any unauthorised use of your Loyalty Game Tag or use of your points in any circumstances, including loss or theft.
  2. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, or a prize-winner cannot be contacted within seven days that entry will be discarded and a new winner of the prize will be randomly selected.
  3. Award of the Experience of a Lifetime will be conditional on the prize-winner partaking in a photo call following the draw. Prize-winners must, at Circle K’s request and free of charge, participate in all reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity, photography, film) surrounding the winning of the prize. Prize-winners agree to provide Circle K with at least one photographic image of the prize-winner partaking of their Experience of a Lifetime, and consent to Circle K using their name, locality and image in promotional material.
  4. All prizes must be claimed within 12 months of winning or a new winner may be chosen.
  5. Circle K will have no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or injury which may be suffered as a direct or indirect result of acceptance of any of the prizes.
  6. Circle K reserves the right to deny entry to the monthly prize draws to Circle K Loyalty Game Tag holders who hold accounts with Circle K or its affiliates where said accounts are in arrears. This will not affect their ability to avail of the monthly treat.
  7. Winners will be selected at random by computer from a pool of eligible entries. The independent adjudicators’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. If for any reason any aspect of the Loyalty Game is not capable of operating as planned, Circle K may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Loyalty Game, or invalidate any affected entries.
  9. Subject to Clause 28, the Loyalty Game may be terminated at any time upon giving two months’ notice.
  10. This promotion is run in ROI by Circle K pursuant to a lottery license.
  11. Circle K may withdraw, cancel or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Data Protection

  1. See www.circlek.ie/privacypolicy for Circle K’s privacy policy.
  2. When you consent to receiving marketing communication from Circle K, you consent to Circle K retaining your information, including details of purchases, and using that information to inform you of offers and services which may be of interest to you.
  3. Circle K may disclose entrants’ personal information to its external data controllers and businesses that process the Loyalty Game for the purpose of conducting this Loyalty Game or communicating with entrants.
  4. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be void, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, that portion shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not otherwise affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
  5. You have the right to request a copy of your data currently held by us, and to rectify or remove personal details, by writing to Circle K Loyalty Manager, Circle K House, Beech Hill, Clonskeagh, Dublin 4 or contacting the Customer Service Centre on 061-517249, via your Play or Park account at www.playorpark.ie or by emailing us at support@playorpark.ie.
